"KEEP your copay receipts!!! Not only was this office a mess, with 45+ minutes wait times and that’s after I was taken back and left in a room for 45 minutes waiting for my Dr. But they on 2 separate occasions tried to bill me twice for my copay. Currently having to send in proof of payment. Thankful I have 1 physical receipts and the other on my bank statement. But having to dig for hours for answers is exhausting. Also the billing department isn’t even at this office it’s a separate collection place and that for a bill that’s only a few weeks “not paid” The care was subpar and I will never be back."

"So much lack of communication between departments... appts run late... no one's on the same page... just chaotic... hassle and issue with every single appt I had here since day one... They couldn't find physician's referral first visit... they had ME call my doctor's office sitting there just to be told it had in fact been sent... then God forbid anyone tell you how to prepare for treatments or anyone call you back from financials since messages aren't relayed... then two days for initial bloodwork cause apparently nurses don't know or won't tell you what their own labs do or don't do after they're the ones that send you there, ended up going to Quest... infusions start almost 2 hours past appt times since iron is ordered late after confirming appts twice in advance... just had to cancel tomorrow's appt cause they call me just now at 2:45pm to confirm tomorrow's 8am and NOW tell me i need bloodwork done first... yeah, okay... arrangements and schedules are set in advance around their appts and they want to drop stuff on you at the drop of a hat... no thanks..."

"I love my specialist. Dr Carlos Herrera has the best bedside manor. He always makes what could be an uncomfortable situation go well. Just be aware that the construction for the new Driscoll Children's Hospital has entry to the location rerouted."
