"Overall they have taken good care of my dogs. The primary concern (ongoing) I have with this location is the frequent re-scheduling of my appointments as well as the lack of a doctor available on a regular basis, forcing me to go to other locations for services such as teeth cleaning."

"I gave the benefit of the doubt when I noticed underhanded sales tactics. I let it go when they were being pushy about doing $200+ bloodwork my cat didn’t need because they agreed at the end she didn’t need it and we didn’t get it done. I’ve dealt with my fair share of Karens, so I let it go when they told me they wouldn’t do any check ups or treatments if they’re being recorded just because I took my phone out to send a picture to my wife. But when we called about what turned out to be just hyper-salivation due to the taste after administering the medicine they recommended, they told us we “poisoned the cat and need to bring her in right away.” At best these people are simply incompetent. At worst, they’re money hungry charlatans that care more about their pockets than your pet. I can no longer be generous about every slimy behavior I noticed. Do not bring your animals here."

"I would give this place 0 out of 5 stars if i could. The vets at Banfield are far from thorough and dismissive when it comes to potential underlying health conditions. For about 6 years, I had my cat on the Optimum wellness plan and when my 15 year old cat was unable to keep food down, they canceled our appointment for him and told us to go to another vet office. I took him to an actual veterinary hospital and ended up getting him a scan at yet another facility to find out that he had a large mass on his liver. He passed away the next day. I've never experienced such unprofessionalism within an animal health care establishment until my cat was under the care of Banfield. Banfield is full of nothing but money hungry vultures. To say i'm disgusted with this place is an understatement."

"Vet services are very overpriced, always trying to push services, among many other things your pet does not need. They keep trying to shove that "wellness" (insurance) package down your throat. When it comes down to "savings", you are getting ripped off. Please read the fine print. When it comes down to any medication your pet may need, your local pharmacy carries about 98% of them around half the price. The one thing I can say about them is the drop-off service. I can drop them off early in the morning and pick them why not support your local mom and pop stores? Help hem stay in business with your support!"

"Do not schedule at this office. I have never had any issues at the Pecan Park or Whitestone locations, but for some reason this office is subpar. I scheduled an appointment online yesterday for today...I get a call this morning saying "It shows you scheduled an appointment online unfortunately we are booked and cannot take your pet" omg make that make sense how was I able to schedule? She says they have no control over that. I gladly let her know this isn't a banfield issue it's their incompetent office because a few months ago they called me to schedule a dental for my dog, scheduled it, then called back a day or so later to tell me can we send you someplace else because we can't take you on that day we have stopped doing dental on Sundays for a while. WHAT?...are you serious? I made it very clear I will never schedule there again!"
