"Loved the honesty of the staff regarding my dogs. My dogs were very happy when I picked them up. I was told by another place that my dog Bacardi was considered to be aggressive and could no longer go to their facility. I was devastated because I was told this at the last minute. My babies were accepted and enjoyed themselves. Thank you ALL for loving Bacardi and Winston!"

"My experience with grooming my dog at this location was pleasant. The only issue I had with grooming was that my dog's nails seemed a bit uneven and sort of cracked. Maybe they use a nail grinder, not sure. Anyway, she looked and smelled good afterward. My experience with boarding my dog was good... The only issues I had: the staff didn't communicate with each other and tried to make me pay at least 2 more times, although I paid in full during the initial reservation over the phone; I provided 1 and a half bags of Purina dog food for my dog and somehow she ran out of it in 10 days... although normally this amount would last her for a least 3 weeks. And they lost her dog food scoop."
