"Horrible customer service, the lady in the drive thru with glasses is very rude and has no sense of communication. This pharmacy is the absolute worst! Once they gave me my daughters medicine unmixed she could have died because of them being so careless with what medication they give out!!!! BE CAREFUL!!!! I RATE A 0 !"

"Many mixed messages from texts we get from CVS! They are always changing the dates of when our medication will be ready. Many times they are out of the medication. Pharmacist seems stressed out. I think they need to hire more pharmacists. HEB is a lot easier to deal with. They answer the phone and have more staff."

"I went to pick up an order for my client. The pharmacy didn't even inform me that the clients order wasn't complete! Good thing I was paying attention! The Nebulizer is what was missing. When I brought it to the pharmacist attention. He tells me we don't have one. That was that. Didn't offer to call another store NOTHING. Tells I could try HEB"

"This is the worst pharmacy I have ever dealt with hands down! An absolute nightmare. So many bad experiences with this place. Unfortunately there is a shortage on the medication that my wife and I take so we have to fill it wherever its in stock and sometimes this is the only place around and every single time there's an issue. One time they told me it was in stock so we had the prescription sent there and 4 days later I went to pick it up and they said they hadn't processed it because they saw that it was a $100 copay and apparently just ASSUMED that we wouldn't want it. Even though we had filled the same prescription there numerous times! Not to mention that they made this decision and never even reached out to us. And by that time it was no longer in stock. Today I waited for 22 minutes on hold and then they picked up and hung up and when I called back I got the recording telling me they were out to lunch! So they hung up on me on their way out the door. Another time they billed it to the wrong insurance so when I went to pick it up they said it had been denied. We realized what the mistake was (their mistake) and I asked them to run it thru the correct one and they said they couldn't because they were closing in "20 MINUTES"! Apparently it takes them longer than 20 minutes to press a few buttons and count 30 pills. They were extremely rude that time as well and when i asked the pharmacist for his name he asked why i wanted his name i said to file a complaint, he slammed the window in my face! Avoid this place at all costs of you can"

"I have tied calling this pharmacy several times and never been on hold shorter than 30 minutes. Quiet frequently they just hang up after you've been on hold for 45 minutes. When I rarely do manage to talk to someone they have a real 'could care less' attitude."
