"My parents been going to Maryjo for years and its all been great up until this year. Her staff accountant Kristy has been the absolute WORSE!!!! She made them miss the deadline for submitting the paperwork, NEVER EVER replies and has hung up on us multiple times. She admitted that all the emails sent to her get pushed back and ignored that come from us. Maryjo has been on leave all year and Kristy has been ruining everything. If you want to potentially miss deadlines, get no updates and be hung up on, this is your gal!!"
