"This place is a great place to take your extended domestic animals. As soon as i walk in I'm greeted by a friendly face. They treat your baby like family with alot of care and understanding. I have used them with 3 generations of dogs and my daughter uses the same. Always a good experience. Thank you banfield for your kindness."

"We had to put our sweet baby, Maddy, to sleep on November 21st. This was the hardest day of our lives but Dr. Moore and her techs were so comforting. Dr. Moore is very intelligent and explained everything. I remember having Maddy sit in between my legs and asking her if I needed to move but she said "No! I'll work around you, don't worry". She was very compassionate. I didn't get the name of the vet techs but they were very sweet as well. The lady was so patient when shaving her fur for us, because we didn't know how much we wanted to take. She did not rush us at all. The guy who was the other vet tech did a great job holding Maddy as she was getting her nails trimmed, and I could tell he was comforting for her. The lady also did a great job at the IV, very quick and gentle, with no discomfort or anything from Maddy. We did not initially have our appointment at this location but I'm grateful it got moved to this one instead. I'm very pleased that my baby was surrounded by sweet, calm techs/vet who knew exactly what they were doing and did not hesitate to any of our questions."

"I really appreciate their weekend hours and ability to get animals seen quickly! They are very kind and transparent about pricing. However, I brought a stray kitten in for an exam to see what needed to be treated—they caught most of her health issues, but completely missed that all four of her paw pads were torn and burnt. Once I discovered it, I had to schedule an additional appointment that week with our usual vet to get them looked at and treated. I wish they had been a little more thorough, especially with her rescue circumstances! Thankfully I used their free first visit coupon, however I wish I could’ve avoided the cost and stress of an additional vet visit within that same week."

"Scheduled an appointment so as not to lose the benefits that we have been paying for on the wellness plan. Made the appointment they said they had open with the doctor for 9/10 1045. After waiting over 40 minutes, they asked if we could come back on another day because the person who does the dental cleaning is not there. Mind you everything was reviewed on Friday and appointment was set. Medication had been picked up and given to our pet. Rescheduled our Sunday, missed church and still waiting on what will happen next. This is not the first time there have been issues with the appointments. Additionally, they ask us to ‘help restrain him.’ Never have we been to any veterinary service where the staff and/or the doctor has asked this. They have always had the skills and expertise to handle our pet. Very poor customer service and care. Still waiting at 11:43 for a 1046am appointment. They said it’s drop off.?!?!???!!!!!?????????"
