"My vet office sent me here to get immediate help when my appointment was still hours away. My little dog was suffering terribly from pain. I was greeted at the door and assisted immediately with my pet and also immediately seen and interviewed. Compassion for my ill pet and for me as well was demonstrated right away and we were made comfortable. Everyone there was polite, attentive and kind. A treatment plan was carefully explained to me. I was fairly distraught and everything about VEG felt like I had come to a great facility. It was a better experience than I've previously had in an ER environment. I Highly recommend this place and will definitely use again if needed! Thank you to all of them today!"

"I brought my cat stitch into here after she had been vomiting a lot over 24 hours. The doctor, techs, receptionist, everyone was so amazing I could cry. They showed me their lab, how they did tests, and really included me in her care and treatment. My cat had to stay overnight for pancreatitis and I was so worried about her. I was constantly given text updates on her status throughout the evening and day so that I didn't have to call to check on her. While she stayed overnight, they offered a room for me to stay with her as long as I needed to if I wanted to, they allowed me to see her before I went to work the next morning. When Stitch got discharged, I walked into the room where they had "Cat TV" showing on the laptop to keep her settled and calm. Since she's been home, she has had no vomiting and is doing so good! Stitch seemed to really stay calm the whole time as they were so gentle and sweet with her. I feel like everyone there cared for Stitch like it was their own cat. I wish I could be seen here as a human patient, they were THAT GOOD. If I ever need an ER vet again, I will never go anywhere else except here. Thanks to everyone there that treated stitch, I couldn't have asked for better care."

"The staff at VEG were professional and compassionate in caring for my dog when she was vomiting nonstop. They triaged her immediately and started with the least invasive testing prior to moving onto more invasive (and expensive) treatments. Before any treatment they made sure I agreed to the estimate and that I was comfortable with the costs. The staff made sure I was involved in all of her care and always let me comfort her and hold her and they even let me watch through a window when she was getting surgery. They took excellent care of her while I had to leave for the night and let us stay in a private room while I was there and until she was able to be discharged. 10/10 would recommend VEG to any pet owner! Thank you all for taking such amazing care of my Winnie!"

"I am blown away by VEG’s customer service and compassion! I called to see if they would see my mini pig, London, as most vets do not see “livestock” animals. After talking to a vet about my concerns for possible stomach ulcers, they said to come on in. I could not lift my 85lb girl into the car no matter how hard I tried (pigs don’t make it easy to pick them up) and ended up calling them back in tears to let them know I wasn’t going to make it. Instead of just saying okay and hanging up, they told me they would send Dr. Johnson and assistant Sophie to help load London into the car. I had never experienced that type of customer service with any other clinic and was so surprised! They drove 20 minutes to help load her up and met me back at the clinic where they were gentle with London and worked with her in a way that made her feel comfortable. Dr Johnson was very informative of her condition and possible reasons as to why she was getting ulcers while Sophie was great at handling London with care. I was able to be with her the whole time and even snuggled with her on a blanket with the lights dimmed for a while while they ran tests. After she was discharged, they loaded her back into the car with me and even offered to meet at my house again to unload. I cannot recommend VEG and their staff enough! They made me feel so comfortable and at ease on top of going completely above and beyond. I’ll never go anywhere else for any of my pets if they have an emergency!"
