"Terrible service experience. I was looking for financing to change my small food trailer for a larger one. After explaining my growth plan for the business, the current situation of the company, showing what I have achieved and what I want to do, giving all my personal information, company and financial documents, they made me waste a lot of time waiting for a answer that week by week they were extending it to you, that despite being affirmative at first, the long-serving Mr. Anthony Lopez (very gentleman at the beginning of the process), summoned me to tell me that they had canceled the offer because in the middle of all the wait (2 months), I informed him that I managed to sell the small trailer, which he took as if I had changed my main story and had not been honest with them, calling me a liar. In the end they made me waste time and other offers that I rejected in the middle of the long wait."
