"If they tell you that they’ll be able to help you with your pet if your pet rips their stitches or anything after their spay/neuter, don’t rely on them because they blew us off twice and now we’re having to spend loads of money going to ER clinics. On our 3rd ER clinic now. Never go here for anything. Thanks for nothing."

"We had a coupon for first exam free. We booked an appointment and was told that there was a 10 minute grace period. We arrived about 6 mins late and was then told that we'd have to wait for someone to cancel then we could see the vet. We were also told that it could be three or four hours. We were then told that our bill could be expected to be around $670.00. We left and went somewhere else. Classic bait and switch tactics and I will never do business with anyone who attempts to steal money from me. Hopefully this review will help someone to make a informed decision before going to these types of shady businesses."

"First time visiting this healthcare center. I was very satisfied with the services and the friendliness of the staff. My dog enjoyed the experience as well. I had an appointment on the books, so I did not have to wait. My dog was taken to another room for her visit. The staff was able to manage her without me on hand. That was a pleasant surprise. I was provided with a thorough assessment of my dog's health. I was also provided with a number of health related options I could purchase to keep my dog healthy. Everything was fairly priced. Clean place, nice people, great service, and fairly priced....I highly recommend this center for your pet healthcare needs. Booking the appointment online was very convenient, too. Very satisfied!"
