"This is not an animal hospital or a vet for that matter. I called the emergency number (they advertise that they are an emergency clinic). There was no answer. They take their break’s seriously, and 6 other people with appointments waiting for them watched my dog die. Don’t subject your pet to this farce."

"Great clinic! Dr. Blake Rochell is thorough. Facility is clean and staff is friendly. We do not usually have to wait to get into a room which is nice since our Senior girl tends to get stressed around other dogs. We continue to seek vet services here even though it is a bit of a drive for us. Highly recommend!"

"Saw Dr. rochelle loved him and his knowledge. Used this facility last year but notice what was quoted over phone was not what I paid. Today same thing, when I called back after getting the written estimate that was 3x quoted over phone for the surgery. The clerk had no "off" or "pause" on her mouth to ask questions. Literally waited 5 min for her to wind down. Finally she took a breathe, I ask if I was allowed to speak, didn't get my question out again she interrupted me again this repeated twice. I kept speaking she stated I don't have to listen to you scream at me. I politely hung up. Customer Service from the front door is not there. Older women with black hair is very pleasant but this clerk has no business working with people. Have an appointment tomorrow for much $$$ price too.. I'm willing to pay but want customer service."

"Everything was going well until the end of our visit. The bill was $100 more than I was quoted and the only difference in the services he was having done was some antibiotics for $25. When we got home we noticed his nails were still very long, they were going off to the side when he walked or was standing and there was a lot of clacking. I understand you can only cut them so short, but they were cut very unevenly, some short others long. He has to be sedated to get his nails trimmed so it's not like I could just do it myself. I called and was told to walk him on on some asphalt. These were beyond walking on asphalt. Whoever trimmed his nails obviously didn't know what she was doing. He's a beagle so his nails are dark and the quick is harder to see. I would've appreciated if they had just owned up to their mistake. Won't be going back"

"Our two cats Ben and Zelda are senior citizens. Zelda be a handful around strangers. The doctor and his team are so good at working with her. Benny, the big boy, has feline IBS. The doctor has been so compassionate helping us work through this problem. We would never take our kids anywhere else"
