"I didn’t have a great experience with this firm. Andrea Bleau wrote me a contract for working with a residential builder. She didn’t agree with the a lot of the changes we requested because she didn’t think they adequately protected me. Still, I needed a contract that the builder would sign in order to get my loan. She stopped responding to my requests and didn’t finish the contract. I didn’t get an explanation for the lack of response. I paid the other party’s attorney to finish the job and closed late on the loan. In the end, I paid this firm several thousand dollars. I know it’s hard to find a real estate attorney in Austin. So before working with this firm, I’d just ask for references. Ideally, speak with a client who they helped in a similar capacity. If the firm finished the job with that client, even better!"
