"I have no idea how this place is rated so highly. The service and atmosphere are just fine, but the food, the most important part, was just terrible. I got a Prince hot sandwich, which was barely warm. The bread was soft and gummy and the meat was low quality and flavorless. The sandwich was literally just meat, cheese bread, no toppings or sauces suggested or included. I absolutely will not go back!"
"Always hot, fresh, and tasty food!! Can't get the unique flavor of their bread anywhere in St. Louis. Great value for a lunch combo!! Recommend getting the pepperoni pizza bread and toasted ravs. You will not be disappointed!"
"Waited for my online order that I placed for a specific time to pick up and arrived on time according to the email confirmation. However, checked my receipt, and my online order was different from the order I placed. I called them prior to my order and told them I had previously ordered from them before, and had a "free" cheese garlic bread towards my purchase. "How do I go about applying this to my online order?" They informed me, to bring that email in when I arrived to show them. Because of that, I did, and ended up waiting an additional 20 plus minutes for my order just waiting on the "free" cheese bread they promoted. Food ended up being cold because of that. If you have this "free" offer, order in person, and NOT ONLINE."
"We are from out of state and decided to stop in, it was close to our hotel. Holy BREAD, Batman! So good. And something for everyone on the menu. Loved my salad with my pick 2. Nice place and friendly staff. Oh and the BREAD!"
"My choice off the menu was the Chicken Parm Hot Sandwich. I don’t have much to say about it other than it was a really darn good sandwich. I’m from out of town and the gentleman that I ordered with kindly helped me with their top choices. Atmosphere in this restaurant was exactly what I would have expected and everything from the drink station to the restroom was very clean and in order. Overall this place deserves a 5 star review."
