Dr. Kordis graduated from Oklahoma State University in 2009, while Dr. Hughes earned her DVM from Texas A&M University in 2017. Both doctors are passionate about creating a gentle and fear-free experience for every pet they treat.
At CityVet-Alliance, we understand that pets are family, and we strive to ensure that both pet parents and their furry companions are satisfied with the care they receive. Our clinic is open Monday through Thursday from 9am to 6pm, Friday from 9am to 9pm, and weekends from 8am to 8pm to accommodate your busy schedule. "This vet is a very nice place. The staff are super sweet and the reasonable prices are a plus, however I came in for vaccinations for my Yorkshire terrier, Dakota, and sadly 2 days afterwards she passed away from pneumonia on the morning of Christmas. She never had any health problems prior too and has never been sick. I don’t want to blame these lovely people for what happened to her, but she was fine until after her vaccinations and I still blame myself for what happened to her even two months later. I’m terrified to take my other dog to vets now because of this experience. I just hope no body else go through anything remotely as traumatic."
"Enjoyed our first appointment with Dr. Kordis and the team. Service was fast and great! Dr. Kordis was well explanatory and helpful on providing what she recommended for our Labrador Retriever illness. I like how their clinical summaries are formatted and typed. They number the steps of what took place during the exam. Along with typing serious conditions in bold. I find this very helpful and easy to read. Overall, great vet clinic and will be back in the future."
"I have used CityVet for both vet and grooming services. I love both. They’re all very kind and caring. The Vet Dr. K healed up an infection in my pup’s foot that could have gone on much longer. They’re also very fast with getting back to you with answers. Again, love them! The groomer is wonderful as well. She listens to what you want and you get it. She’s very fairly priced."
"The staff at CityVet gave me more answers on my first visit than I’ve gotten in years while searching for help with my cat’s chronic health problems. The vet was thorough, kind, and empathetic. The care is very reasonably priced, and I understand that while the bill for my cat wasn’t the cheapest, they were very purposeful in every test and thoughtful. Nothing felt rushed or frivolous. And I’m more than happy to pay for tests as we finally get on the right track. This is definitely the most hopeful I’ve felt about my kitty’s chronic issues, so I sincerely appreciate their help today and will continue to visit CityVet for her care."
