"We were new patients with an 8 year old Mastiff. The staff was patient and very thorough. They were also extremely kind and caring. I highly recommend!"

"The staff there is extremely sweet everyone communicates, so well even the doctors the bed side manner is so refreshing. Now the reason I am not giving a 5 star rating is because of the Care Credit policy. With everyone struggling due to inflation, I tried to get them to approve a 24 month no interest Care Credit payment. But the doctors did not budge. Vet bills are extremely high and it would help out to have longer than six months to pay out a large vet bill. Maybe it’s some thing they will consider in the future but today no consideration was given. At the end of the day what’s important is that my dog was taken care of which he was I have no complaints in that department. Beautiful office great staff and doctors but no mercy on your pocket book."

"We love this place. My dogs have learned that when we pull into the parking lot, they're going to have a good day. The Stay and Play is organized and thoughtful with activities, photo ops and a report card at check out. Sophie and McKenna at the front desk are wonderful. UPDATE: Here's Marcus waiting while I make an appointment to go to Stay and Play."

"Decent service but very expensive and long wait times. For our appointments I can expect to wait up to 25 minutes past my set appointment before going to the exam room. Dr Pantazis is very kind and knowledgeable and I appreciate her ability to clearly explain things. However, we can easily expect to spend $200-$500 each time we go for very standard routine appointments for shots and such (1 dog 2 cats). There are always several “add-on” type options which can be confusing because, no, I don’t want to spend an extra $___ but does my pet NEED it? It often feels like an auto shop where you take your car in for one thing and they tell you you’ll need all these additional services. The final tipping point for me was our experience in getting our two cats fixed. We paid over $1000 to get our boy and girl fixed and this was their “Low Cost” option. Insane. Both our cats had adverse reactions and required additional follow ups, especially our girl. On her second follow up appointment, I brought the boy because he had a little bump on his skin I wanted to quickly ask about. The (not-so-friendly) receptionist proceeded to tell me that my appointment would start late since I brought him too. And then the vet tech told me it would be another $71 for the vet to answer my very quick question about the little bump on his skin. We’ve spent over $1000 the past month with y’all and you can’t give me two minutes of your time to answer one more question? That’s when I felt like they just want your money… very frustrating and disappointing! We are taking our services to a vet that offers equivalent services for much more reasonable prices."
