"I've read some of your negative comments. And they make me laugh they have to be from some rude customers because I've had this bank for going on 6 years now and I've had nothing but great customer service experience I've been helped out with every issue that I've had nothing but good things about this bank."

"Banked with First National Bank before they were purchased been with that bank for close to 30 years. My personal banker clearly doesn't give a hoot about you your situation or your accounts his name is Grayson Welch. Admitted he hadn't been there very long. I always had large sums of money in my account until I retired. My son over drew his account but within 12 hours money was put in there from my account we have 2 joint accounts. They charged him $30 hadn't even been 24 hours and no checks came through that had to be paid. He had done that before and wasn't charged to overdraft fee one time he was but they reversed it. When I call this Grayson guy he said that there's nothing he can do that they can't reverse the charges I told him he was a liar and that I wanted to talk to the vice president or president he said okay took my number and guess what they never called me I'm closing all my accounts including my safety deposit box I would not recommend this Bank they could care less about you or your business."

"I have been a customer for several years with no problems- however- I sold some property and made a large deposit. I was assigned a personal banker, who clearly hated me. Honestly, it was laughable. The attitude that she has is childish and really made no difference to me. I came in one day after a vacation, I told her ( Liliana Garcia) that I wanted to cancel my debit card and get a new one, after using it at different stops on the road, I felt it may have been compromised. I gave my old card to the teller and asked her to destroy it. Liliana said she would cancel my old card and handed me a new one. I noticed strange changes on my account and contacted her twice about it with no help. (She also never sent any bank statements for my checking account but sent statements for my savings. I have asked several times to 3 different people and still nothing .) I finally called Master Card and it turned out that she did not cancel my old card and in 6 months $10,000 had been charged on the old card number... when I contacted the bank about it I was met with suspicion and disregard. One woman hung up on me- another woman accused me of somehow benefiting from this- I canceled the card!! I finally filed claims with the OCC, FDIC and the better business bureaus... it took awhile and they fought it but the money reappeared in my account- NO APOLOGY -Still no bank statements for my checking account- AND LILIANA GARCIA STILL WORKS THERE-"

"My husband and I have banked with FNB Weatherford for years and have always been happy with the service, but since the transition to their new online banking system we have been less than impressed. Loan payments have not been applied properly, and I keep getting late notices for payments that have already been made, when in reality I have overpayed on my loan. I will now be forced to meet with my loan officer to go over payments one by one to ensure they are applied properly. I am not a happy customer."

"From the moment I walked in. I was greeted by the nicest most welcoming staff I have ever worked with. I have several banks I work with on a daily basis and this branch at the Hudson Oaks office is by far the easiest and best banking staff I have ever seen. So glad we moved accounts over here. What a pleasure it is to have smiles and intelligence in one location."
