"I’ve been waiting in drive through for over 45 minutes… walk in is just as terrible… incompetent management to adjust for lack on tellers…. Taking too long per transactions which means tellers are not competent or confident in their skills… current rating 2.2…. I teach Customer Service at post secondary college… have dealt with other. BOA locations in the valley… this is the worse…any manager of a business would be horrified by these rating and comments… this site needs better management…and don’t respond with go to Twitter… just shoestring me your me mechanical auto response that infuriates customers more…I will take my banking business somewhere else and according to research, will tell over 10 people how incompetent this bank site is"

"Amazing how they only have 1 window at peak hrs. Has been like this for a few weeks. Be ready to wait for at least an hr before you get helped. I am also colorblind and i hate that they use lights only to show if its open or closed. They should have the signs (closed/open) on all the lanes to be more colorblind friendly."
