"Graciela was extremely rude to my husband . You could tell she didn't want to help us . Her attitude towards us versus older people that went in was very different . We would ask her questions and she would say "I don't know it's not up to me" which we understand but she didn't give us any helpful answering . She knew she was being rude because she would ask people to do a review and didn't ask us so we went ahead and took the scan picture ourselves . She even tried to tell me husband that he doesn't own a phone when it was obvious he did . We got the loan but standing there with her for an hour was very unpleasant . No smile no nothing just honestly very rude as soon as we reached the window ."
