I spoke to Carl Davis, Christorey (Chris) Jorgio, Morica (I hope I spelled right) and Alexis Guajardo they were so great and very professional. Extremely detailed. I strongly recommend!! "Worst experience ever. I’m at 2,5 months and still not getting my LLC done. I’m calling twice a day now , one agent told me they got the signature , another agent told me they did not have my signature. No calls no emails from them telling me there is an issue. I mail the paperwork through USPS letter , they never get it. Then I contact them they asking for tracking number, there is no tracking number on regular letters. Agent advised to EMAIL it to him, I did on the phone he confirmed he get it . Two weeks letter I’m calling again , they saying the don’t have it Omg , what a waste of my time … I asked for a refund, they told me sorry it’s been more than 60 days and we can’t get you the refund. Whaaaaat? No service provided in this 60 day !!!!"

"I did pay to get my LLC established after 2 months nothing Called them said need to change it's name They take the money but won't follow up or care enough to let you know there is an issue Also the registered agent fee is crazy high and good luck cancelling and asking for refund Took me at least 10 calls and at least 5 hours on the phone total of about 25 days to get this done right super exhausting and it just seems like the company hidden policy is to keep your money they bet on time to make you just run away and leave it behind I wish I can say better words"

"Terrible company. Tried to have me fill out paperwork that wasn't required by my state. I tried to get a refund through customer service, but it seems their departments don't even communicate properly with each other - I never got my scheduled call back. They also tried to keep my money for tax services when they didn't even submit my LLC paperwork. Go literally anywhere else with your money."

"DO NOT USE THEM. Don’t waste your hard earned money and precious time. They are not honest. There are other excellent companies than this one for cheaper and better. I’ve used their service and wasted 2 week and they charged me $200 for cancellation. They will find a way to take your money once you give them your information."
