"Do not by all means get Thomas J. Henry law firm to represent you. I had a car accident on April of 2022, and up to this day, almost 2 years later (February 16, 2024), I still have not received my settlement check. My case has been transferred to multiple attorneys (a total of 10), so I was never able to build that client-attorney relationship because there were times where I didn’t even know who my attorney was. I was never notified about my case being passed on to a new attorney. I went months without getting any updates about my case; no letters, no emails, no calls, nothing.
