"Excellent care! These people really care about your pets. They don’t do unnecessary tests but are very thorough. Yes, you may have to wait, since they usually don’t take appointment, but they are worth it!! I won’t take my dog anywhere else in the Valley."
"Do not go here to get a cast for your dog. My bichon frise mix broke his leg a week ago and we got which only lasted for 6 days. Keep in mind he wasn't running, jumping, or doing anything big. He was in my room 99% of the time where he would sleep for most of the day. I would only let him go outside to let him do his business which only be 5 or less minutes then back into my room, but somehow his cast got loose. So, we took him to get him readjusted at the cost of $100. Then, he just follows his usual routine of being in my room and only going outside for his business. 24 hours has passed, I come back home from work to find it completely off. Never again am i going back. A lousy and lazy place."
"I dropped off my pet today for a heartworm injection at 8:00 am and never received a phone call to have updates on his health. They charge you for the stay, and there's no one at night to care for them. Also, I never received information on how the day would go for him, and the staff was rude and seemed like it was just a number for them. They need to have more empathy and better customer service skills. Also, when my wife arrived the next day to pick him up, he was alone at the front of the office as he escaped. They couldn’t figure out how he did it, and the staff was laughing at it. He could have eaten anything and passed away, but thankfully he’s well-behaved. I am not finishing the treatment with them and opting for a better veterinarian. Sometimes going to a “cheap” solution, it can cost you more."
"VERY UPSET! I took my baby weenie dog for her shots and I expressed how she was not eating. They told me to buy a different brand of food with them. They gave her shots total was around $131 2 days after my visit my weenie dog pepper passed away!!! They are not doing the proper treatment! IM HURT BAD SERVICE! DO NOT TAKE YOUR DOG HERE"
"Love this Veterinarian Hospital because of the service and great staff here. Always so welcoming and willing to answer any question you may have. I'll be honest if you want to be out within a few hours, then be there 30 minutes to a hour before opening, there is a wait. Don't expect an in and out kind of service, but still worth the wait. Great Business"
