Then he wanted I.D. and took forever to read it. What the hell, like he was trying to memorize my info. Fire this idiot and get someone new."
"Calling the pharmacy, they had me on. Hold for 21 minutes then hung up on me, called them back and still on hold. Nobody saying please hold or anything. Just picking up the phone and putting it back down. Complete lack of customer service."
