"Exact same experience as the people below. I drove my mother an hour across town, doors were locked. Called him and he hung up at first. I called back and he sounded very disheveled. He shouted something about a medical emergency and that he needed to fire his staff. Then offered to buy us lunch and see her for free at another date. I don't need lunch. I need my mother to be seen by a neurologist at the time I scheduled. Never have I ever seen this level of unprofessionalism in a medical setting. Given your history of this Dr. Boven, something is obviously not right. Get some help."

"What a dreadful facility. I drove 45 minutes for my appointment I scheduled, only to find the door locked at the time of my arrival, with no notification whatsoever. After arriving I even called to no avail. I have been dealing with concussion symptoms and headaches for the past month with no resolution, and this disaster of a medical practice is only exasperating those symptoms, not helping them. Poor communication and a doctor who doesn't bother showing up for his patients. Heed the advice of the prior reviews, don't waste your time and stay far away from this place."
