"I have had handicap bars installed in one shower. Twice the bars have rusted. The quality of the chrome plating is very poor causing rust. The secound time I was told that they would have to check with the VA, to determine if they would pay??"

"Our insurance sent us to this place letting my mother know they will cover her Rollater with her condition. This place was of no help to us. They basically told my mother she could go somewhere else because they were not even going brother trying to get it approved because according to them medicaid will not cover it. We went to First Medical Supply which they were amazing. They will do all the paperwork necessarily the insurance needs."

"I’m sure their customer service is better for those in El Paso. I live in Las Cruces and my dad must go through BEK for all his mobility related items issued through the VA. While I’m sure some of the issues are VA related, the communication from BEK is lacking. They either need to support the department that deals with the VA clients with more help or improve their internal process. My dad’s charger was overheating and we were initially told a tech would come out to assess the WC (only go to LC on Thursdays) . We waited a week and when no one showed up on that Thursday we were told the tec they sent to LC that day was not capable of assessing his chair. Then when I pushed back, they all the sudden didn’t need to come and assess the chair and could just process the order. We have been waiting on a charger for my dad’s wc for over a month and have no updates."
