Dr. Garcia checked Ace thoroughly and took her time with everything, even answering questions and explanations. She seemed to enjoy my pup and played with him. "Today I waited over 1.5 hours for my severely anxious dog to be seen and finally walked out because it's not fair to stress him out for that long. My last visit in January, I waited over an hour. They had me waiting over 2 hours to be seen while I was pregnant and waiting with 2 anxious dogs. I've given them enough of my time and my patience is gone. I don't call to make an appointment just to sit and wait half the day. I understand emergencies happen, but this is a consistent issue."
"I love it here! The staff is always super professional and friendly! Most importantly they are very gentle in handling the animals. I have 5 cats 2 of which have been treated there successfully 1 is starting treatment today. They are very thorough and go the extra mile in trying to identify the issue. The facility is always clean and there's parking in the front and rear. I highly recommend this establishment!"

"Excellent service is the word I will use to describe this hospital. The communication with us and the service they provide to my small black shitzu could not be better. My Tux is now recovering at home from abdominal surgery, thank you to everyone from the staff to the excellent doctors. They are also very transparent with the prices from the beginning."
