"Called after hours because it was time to put our beloved pit bull to sleep. Front desk went over prices with me, and I got there I guess around 8:45 at night. It was a little bit busy but after about half an hour they brought us in through the back of the building. They put her catheter in and brought her back to me. The vet was kind and respectful, explained what he was going to do and how Kia would react. After she was gone they let me sit with her till I was ready to go. And the actual cost was $65 less than the original quote. The whole staff was incredibly kind and the wait time was reasonable. We will be moving my other dog to this vet office."

"Took care of my baby during emergency surgery this past weekend. She's doing great. For routine shots & care just wish we could schedule by appointment. The Vets are great."

"Took my dog to get check around 7pm for an inflammation she had. The wait was really short and when they called us to be next, they asked questions and told us what they can do. They provided me a quote before hand which was AMAZING since most places don't offer that. We agreed they did their test and explained everything fairly easily and understandable. They did a great job, and the price was not bad, I recommend them to pet lovers."

"Bad experience overall. Took my new kitty I rescued off the street since it was the only place open nearby and first off, they make you wait outside in your hot car until they call you in and that takes hours. When you get called in, they have you wait in the exam room but take your pet elsewhere and do everything out of your sight. On top of that, receptionists make it obvious you’re bothering them. I also had my kitty microchipped and they registered it for me with the wrong info even though when I was handed the bag I was told I could register it. I had to speak with the microchip company to fix everything. Thank goodness I was even able to fix it. Only good part was the actual vet herself Dr Gutierrez was SO kind and transparent with me when I asked about pricing for the services done on my kitty."

"Zero stars. I took in my cat because he was attacked by 4 large dogs. They made us wait 1 hour before seeing him. Then they left him in the back for another 2 hours. And once they gave him back, it turns out they had not given him any pain medicine or antibiotics. When offering to euthanize him, the doctor literally said "well it looks really bad. we can either euthanize him or prescribe antibiotics." He looked annoyed. Most of my time there, they just talked about the prices and costs of everything and did not once make it seem like my pet family member was important. My beautiful son passed away in my arms at home, much better than a cold, uncomfortable, lonely place with other animals screaming around them. This place needs to take classes on how to speak with compassion and empathy, especially because it's a hospital. We aren't numbers, we are humans."
