"I have a lot of love for everyone who works here. My cat crybaby who’s just still a kitten who was poison with odoban and bleach on accident. Living in Las Cruces and not having a way to see how he’s been doing physically for the last week has been hard. He’s still at their clinic and they’re taking great care of my baby. They call me with updates and send me pictures whenever I ask and they don’t give me any attitude or negativity. It doesn’t matter how many times I call them about it. They’re The most straightforward vet, and have the most compassion for animals I’ve ever seen in my entire life .and they’ve done literally everything they needed to do to save my cat. He required a feeding tube, multiple hyperbaric oxygen chamber treatments, and a lot more things that are critical to saving his life. I’m hoping that he’s out of the woods but I’ll know more tomorrow hopefully. I know these pictures are probably something that people aren’t gonna want to see on the Internet because of how bad shape by cats in. But people need to see how much they’ve done for my cat he went from being on the brink, a test minute away from dying to slowly healing. I wish there were more people with big hearts like the people who work here."

"Perhaps they have good equipment and can address simple needs but their negligence probably will cost my pit bull her life! I was extremely hopeful after they promised to keep me informed of my dogs status, good or bad, after giving 3 bags of the wrong blood due to not having the right type. At 8 am they received cbc results which showed the blood transfusion had only helped very temporarily and was not effective and needed further treatment. Thinking they would call me if there were issues and imagining her resting peacefully I didn’t call until 10:30 am, to be put on hold for 10mins and told they’d call me back. Having not received a call back I called again an hour later and the Dr told me she needed more blood and was going to give steroids and immunosuppressants. When I asked why that hadn’t already been done as my vet had done within the first 30 mins of exam and was concerned about negligence, she said she didn’t know because she just got there, was going to have someone call me with a further estimate for continued treatment. Aaron called over an hour later (meanwhile my dog is dying) to give me an estimate of $4800-5600, over the $3800 already incurred and proceeded to hang up on me after I made it clear she needed meds asap which should’ve been done as the first line of supportive treatment. I called back an hour later to ensure he had done his job kindly asking to speak with him and he wouldn’t take my call. Spoke to someone else and again asked them if they had given her meds yet, she stated no they needed my approval first and my dog got the meds over another hour later!! Now I found paperwork proving that we had approved it with the first estimate of care when we were assured she was in the best hands. I already canceled my check and am waiting for a reply from a supervisor to discuss my concerns and get some answers before deciding whether to dispute the original charge on my credit card and taking them to court"

"The veterinarians and staff were very prompt in taking my puppy, Slater back and having him seen immediately upon learning the nature of his visit. The staff were all very professional and very caring. They called me two to three times per day with updates, answered my calls in between their calls to me, and were very friendly and compassionate. They all took excellent care of my puppy and loved him like he was theirs. I will definitely return to the Emergency Animal Hospital in the future for any after-hours emergencies. Thank you to everyone who took care of and loved my little boy, Slater. He appreciates it, and so do I."

"We brought our cat in because she was having problems standing on her feet was disoriented and her body temperature was below normal. They did some blood work to see if they could find any abnormalities but they came out normal so they did some x-rays and other test and they also came out normal. Since they were about to close they recommended us to take her to the 24 hour emergency to make sure that her body temperature would go back to normal. Fortunately it did and we were able to pick her up the next day in the afternoon. They weren't able to determine what caused the low temperature and the test were pretty expensive but we really didn't have any choice or get other quotes since it was an emergency. Overall the staff did everything they could to make sure our Olive didn't crash and she's worth it!"

"All of my fur babies have been here for one thing or another from Gizmo’s broken nail at 1:00 AM to saving my Sophie’s life at the peak of COVID. There is not one person who doesn’t treat you and your baby like they are the only patient and take care of them like their own."
