"0 STARS --- Worst customer service EVER! Don't bring your pet here. Never saw the vet on our WELLNESS exam, they take your dog, in my case, to the back to administer vaccines and heartworm test. How do I even know they were given? Bad customer/patient practice in medicine! Can you imagine if a pediatrician did that!! Only communication I had was with a vet tech after a 40 minutes wait, still no vet. They knew I wasn't happy at this point and you would think the vet/owner would come out to make sure things were good, but NOPE!!! They were only concerned with you signing a paper to agree to the charges. So, after 1 hour and $240 for a yearly wellness check you would think I would SEE A VET. No lung sounds, heart sounds, no nothing. I actually weighed my own dog to get his weight, since last time they didn't weigh him. Luckily my pet is very healthy, I would never trust this practice to take care of a sick pet or to trust them with giving vaccines, including knowing if test were ever done. NEVER, EVER, EVER!. We are done with their excuses as to why their service is poor from their own staff. If you love your pet, go somewhere else!! Not shaking this off!!"

"If I could rate Foothills 0 stars I would. I have never been treated with such disrespect & dishonesty by a vet clinic. Our first appointment we waited 45 minutes past our appointment time, and two additional appointments we waited 20+ minutes. This is the only vet that has required so many wellness exams. I only ever saw vet techs, never met the actual vet. Yet was constantly told 'the vet requires xyz.' They do not allow you to stay with your pet for shots. Pets are taken to a separate room and administer shots, seen by the vet, etc. Only techs come to the tiny exam rooms. There are some people and places only looking to make an extra dollar and this is one of those places! Do yourself a favor and don't bring your pet here."
