"Travis Eaton told me he could get my case settled for 3500, so when he told me during discovery before anything had even been done that I was almost out of money I was shocked . I asked him if there was going to be enough to get us through the case , but he told me I was squandering away the retainer by asking questions and filed for removal of counsel , which he said would cost me the remainder of my retainer if not more. They took my money and never did a thing. They still refuse to explain anything or send me any documents from my case- probably because there weren't any. They just robbed me. And according to the yelp reviews they do it all the time, and for a lot more money . I guess I should consider myself lucky- but it doesn't feel like it ."
