"I was with this company for several years and having a final billing issue that they were billing for days I no longer had insurance for. Have got the run around and told several different things. I donot have a problem paying the bill. Dale's office Jackie is stating the office does not bill anyone or take final payments but the correspondence is from the office address .I did call Nationwide direct and it say I owe nothing through the automatic payment system.Spoke to Jay a representative at Nationwide billing finally and he could not give details of billing , he looped me back to Dale's office which is no assistance to the issue."

The service I received is unheard of these days. He was prompt and extremely professional. I called late in the day thinking I'd hear from him the following day, since it was so close to his office's closing time. Low and behold, Dale stayed behind and got everything I needed instead of pushing me aside until the next day. That really stood out for me.
