I have tried a few of the larger meal prep companies that send you food in the mail, but the Meal Proz comes fresher and tastes much better than any frozen mail meal prep! Nick, the owner, is very accessible to help you understand your macros and meal plan goals. My favorite part besides the delicious food is that each container comes with nutrition labels so there is no guessing what’s in each meal and it makes tracking macros extremely easy! They have multiple convenient pick up locations all over Austin, and they can also deliver if you live within their delivery radius. Stop wondering and start ordering!"
