I was super anxious, as customer service in all arenas, from doctors offices, supermarkets, apparel stores, airlines have not only plummeted in recent years but some are downright spitefully unwelcoming. I travel for a living, all over the world for decades and notice that since the pandemic, it seems people, customer care, and general kindness have "ghosted," everywhere. But Dianne, the woman who was on duty yesterday when I called this DHL location (5133 Richmond in Houston), and today when I came in person, is not only efficient, courteous, patient, and exceptionally kind, she goes above and beyond what DHL services provide. She is meticulously careful and thoughtful. This is a rare person with a rare collective of character, in both customer service as well as modern humanity. Her online reviews were so great I thought maybe they were unreal, but nope. She is the realest. If you are a DHL customer or an employer looking for a diamond I'd definitely recommend this location where you'll find Dianne; And beautiful on top of all of that!"
