They were courteous, professional, friendly and hard working. Probably first time I’ve ever gone through a move where something wasn’t broken, chipped or damaged. Would definitely recommend."
"The packers, Jose and Rufus, were great. Handled all our belongings with care. The reason it’s not 5 stars is the salesman grossly underestimated how big a truck we needed. We had a storage unit full of boxes and he was aware of that. When the packers showed up all they could get in the truck was the contents of the house. Over 70 boxes still in the storage unit would not fit. This caused me to have to rent a truck and move all the items myself across 2 states. It felt like a bait and switch. Quoted me a fair price to get my business knowing they would charge me more for a second truck. They were going to charge me an additional $2500 for the second truck. I was not happy with this outcome and would not use this company again."
"We used Blue Whale recently to move some of our house furniture into storage. The scheduling process with Tara was super easy. Rufus and TJ did the actual moving and took great care with our furniture, wrapping each piece in protective blankets. They were courteous and professional. Highly recommend!"
