"Would actually give a 0 if I could. They hold a federal Social Security check instead of deposite it when it gets there. If you want to get $100.00 advance then you have to give them $55.00 extra for the advance. Social Security sent our check today because of New Years and they won't release it till the 3rd of next month. I believe that's extortion. Calling FDIC AND BETTER BUSINESS and Attorney Genera. Here we go again. Can't have our money for 5 days and won't give us not one cent to buy some groceries If we want any, day 50.00 we have to give them 25 on top of the 50 That is extortion. So let's see what the lawyer and law thinks of this Extortion of an 80 year d I sabled man. And also a Veteran. ."
"Worst banking center I have ever dealt with. I do not recommend this bank to anyone. I was with Wells Fargo for 20 years and made the grave mistake of trying these guys out. The branch manager and the people there have no idea what customer service is. They don't tell you of hidden costs and want to charge you to close your account. This bank is full of thieves!"

"Horrible bank, customer service is Horrible, Linda is a joke she likes to be sarcastic, 3 weeks no debit card, they want to charge 127.00 for business checks is crazy, they are so unprofessional, this is not like the commercials that say they treat you like family. I will be doing a review on every website you can think of. Please stay away from this bank. They charge you 27.50 to one your account. Please Beware....Horrible Horrible Horrible Horrible, even the president of the bank was rude.....How do they even have customers."
