"I went in upset they sent me a letter they weren’t sending me another credit card so I decided to close my account and pay the credit card off and cut ties with them, but left with a new credit card with the lower finance to do a consolidation and I kept my savings open. The Manager was a pleasure to work with, she was super helpful & a real problem solver. Kept my business!"

"This bank is by far the nicest, friendliest, and the most accommodating bank I've ever had the privilege of joining. Super reliable service, and extremely helpful. I've personally seen one of the bank managers, Jeremy Howell, on several occasions and he treats me like family every single time and even knows my name when I walk in the door! Don't be fooled by any of these "bad reviews", Mr. Justin Hunt's review below doesn't even make sense. The ATM was simply moved over to lane 1 so the sun wouldn't damage the screen anymore. Nice observation skills there Justin. Do yourself a favor and join ACU of Texas, head to this particular branch, request to see Jeremy Howell, and see if you aren't immediately more satisfied with their customer service and knowledge."
