"The older lady behind the front was rude and the ATM was down after I went through the entire process that required ATM use. No one seemed like they knew what was going on. They are inconsiderate and unorganized, the branch needs to go back to the drawing board !!!"

"You don't have an ATM. Your Employees are aware that you don't have one and that you have a sign that says you have one. Get some Duct Tape and put it over the words ATM on the sign. Apparently, no one has any authority to do anything."
