"Horrible, Deplorable, Indifferent Customer Service. A very small office in Houston Heights, with a approximate staff of 4-6? They pattern their customer service after “ Who’s On First” ! Example: you call into the office… even if you have been using them for years… THEY DO NOT RECOGNIZE YOU! THEN, If YOU CA LL BACK WITH A QUESTION OR ADDITIONAL INFORMATION… YOU’LL HAVE TO EXPLAIN EVERYTHING ALL OVER TO ANOTHER REP. THEY DO NOT GIVE THEIR NAMES!!! So When you call back you don’t know who you were working with before. It’s like a game they play! They play dumb about what you are explaining. AND!!! If you get frustrated? They slam you on hold ( same as hanging up in your face!) and someone else picks up and asks, “ Can I Help You?” …..and you have to explain everything over again. NEVER EVER HAVE THESE CUSTOMER SERVICE REPS HEARD THE WORDS, “ BEST PRACTICES IN BUSINESS” ever!!! I hope Consumer Affairs will offer, Houston Finance, new guidelines for doing business moving forward. signed~ native Houstonian"
