The FedEx Drop Box located at 12340 Bandera Road in Helotes, Texas, United States offers convenient 24/7 drop-off for FedEx Express, FedEx Ground, and FedEx SmartPost prelabeled shipments. You can choose from 1-, 2-, or 3-day shipping for FedEx Express, or opt for FedEx Ground for shipments to arrive in 1-5 business days.

Various packages are accepted at the FedEx Drop Boxes, including FedEx Express envelopes and boxes, as well as packages with your own packaging and a FedEx label. The drop boxes can accept packages up to a size of 20" x 12" x 6".
