"Update on update lol: I knew problems were coming. Simply because the service is just not there anymore. We had a bank error and the new manager couldn’t even be bothered to get on the phone with us. Feels like you are just another number here. Update: Service has gone downhill. This went from an attentive bank that knew you and contacted you regarding your accounts to the same as any other bank. I noticed the change when they lost the bank manager. The drive thru line takes longer, no one reaches out to you regarding issues, there’s just no personal touch anymore. I don’t even know if they have a new manager or who to call if I need help. When I have called, I’ve been instructed to see if I can find an answer online and if not try back. It’s okay, it’s just like any other bank that treats you like just another number. But if you experienced their customer service previously it feels like a loss. Previous review Damien goes above and beyond to make this branch top tier. The customer service we receive here has a small town feel like nowhere else in Houston. They take the time to learn your name and be as helpful as possible each time."
