"Another repeat stellar experience with Dr Hahn who I've been seeing for 10 years. It was time to get an updated hearing test and hearing aid, and my first time working with Kristin Kronenberger. She explains the test process and results so well, so that we know where to focus efforts. The new hearing aid selection process & fitting went very well. The new device is far more comfortable both in and on the ear, and is enabling me to be a part of more intimate conversations with those around me. The test results 2 weeks later after wearing the new device clearly show an increased improvement in word recognition, and the updated technology is enabling me to adjust levels for different situations. I'm grateful to be working with her, thank you! Thank you to Shae at the front desk - an expert with insurance and billing, was able to clearly articulate the details - and does a great job at decorating the front office so it's far more inviting for patients than a generic office."
