"My preorder from 12/14/23 did not include #870 micro steamed baby broccoli. My order was delivered in a knotted bag after the driver left that is when I realized that the broccoli wasn't there. But the real kicker is that when the invoice was emailed later I was actually charged for the non existent broccoli. I submitted a request for a refund in December! No response on that, dozens of texts and emails to order more stuff but crickets on the refund. So I sent another request for the refund and placed another order, hoping to talk with the driver about giving the refund. Well they just delivered my order still no broccoli, still no refund, still no explanation or apology for the screw up. To make matters worse the driver dropped the bag and rushed out without ringing the bell. The only reason I knew it had been delivered is that I got a text saying it was delivered. When I got to the door he was sitting at the stop sign at the end of the street. What happened to these people? Why have they removed all their phone numbers? Why do they ignore the electronic requests for customer service? So if you are thinking about starting to use this company, just don't, unless you like getting scammed. I guess the only way to get my refund is to file a complaint with my credit card company. At this point I should also charge them for all the time I've wasted on trying to resolve this with them."

"I absolutely can not say enough good things about Schwan’s!! I remember as a kid getting food from the Schwan’s truck and low and behold I saw a truck at my neighbors house. I couldn’t run over to the driver to get a catalog fast enough. Everything I ordered and received is packaged great! The food is the best frozen food EVER! Hands down! My family loves it! Also, what super to my front door service!! my local driver is super nice and very knowledgeable about the products. Schwan’s has a second generation customer for life! Hats off to y’all!"

"Friendly staff and restrooms available but not semi truck parking friendly. No space to maneuver. Had to do a turn around in the parking lot, even then there's hardly any space, and blind side park. Appointment was for 5am, nobody is there till at least 8am. I started to get unloaded at 8 and was empty by 9am."
