"We recently completed a huge move from Chicago to Dallas for my business and two residential moves and I was really nervous because it was a huge endeavor. Tyler was my contact and he was so consistently supportive and responsive from beginning to end. He was always available for me and my questions, and if not, he would call or text right back. The actual move itself was one of my biggest concerns but it turned out to be much smoother than I expected because of Tyler and the move team that consisted of Chris Y. (crew leader), Zach, Brian, Robert, Tim, Tom, Joe and other team members. We experienced a big snow storm during the move and Chris called me with a heads up to warn me to be careful. We had three truckloads of stuff and overall it was a great experience and I'm truly grateful that Black Tie Moving could make this happen. I highly recommend this company and would definitely hire them again!"
