"Very expensive package and driver didn’t knock and just stuck a sticker on my door saying “sorry we missed you”. Went to store immediately and lady tells me it’s because he has a lot of deliveries. Then lies to me and tells me it will be delivered the next day, which is Saturday, so it won’t be delivered. Laziness on the driver and store employee."
"Here at 3:30pm to drop a package off, door sign says it opens at 3:30 now 3:50 and it’s still closed!! Parking lot full of vehicles but no one to assist with drop off! Unbelievable"
