"I called 2 days before needing them to take my parents into Matamoros. They called I call the day before as a reminder since I needed them at 5:30am. I called the day before to remind them. The morning of they called to ask if I was on my way (which I was). We met at a gas station and they drive my parents into Matamoros. Everything went smoothly and they made it to the bus station with plenty of time. Definitely will use them again next year."

"I call to have a taxi pick me up, I give the man on the phone my address and destination. He says he will find me a driver and call me back, I NEVER GOT A CALL BACK. Luckily I was able to just get an uber. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE."

"Don't count on an important ride from this company. I called the day before, for my ride to the airport. I was taking an early morning flight and I wanted to make sure I had a ride since there wouldn't be (m)any uber or lyft drivers around at that time. The man who answered the call had pressured speech, and refused to take down my phone number or name since my phone number came up on the caller ID. He told me I would be contacted that night with the name of my driver- this never happened. He told me to call 30 minutes before my ride- he didn't answer. I left a message- he never returned my call. I called ABC Taxi and they were there within 15 minutes to pick me up."
