"The most unprofessional experience I have ever had with any law firm I have ever hired. I had three attorneys working and billing on my case. The paralegal gave me "advice" after I had hired the firm due to unpaid child support and medical bills and advised me that I should look at child support as a bonus check and not count on it as official income. Then she charged me for the phone call that I didn't even ask for. If I would have known this I would have never hired the firm and paid thousands upon thousands of dollars. When the case was near the end they filed the income withholding order incorrectly which has now caused a huge impact on me not getting my child support payments because they send the IWO to my ex husbands address and not to the employer. Alexis has refused to answer how she is going to fix this. This firm has made several errors on legal documents and when brought to their attention to fix the errors (simple errors) they charged me to fix their errors. Please please please think twice about hiring this firm. You have several attorneys billing for the same services and a paralegal who doesn't know what an itemized statement is. Very unprofessional and no accountability or apologizing for critical mistakes that were made. Thankful my case was straightforward and my son was not taken from me. I had to do all the investigating to make them realize that wages were never being garnished which is court ordered. Alexis even said she spoke with someone at the OAG that told her wages were being garnished and that was not the case. It is disappointing when you are going through a battle such as this and it ends in complete mayhem with no resolution."
