"I have been trying to reach this company since before Christmas. Every time I call they pick up the phone and hang up. I just tried again today. How is it that you're my insurance agent but won't answer the phone and actually talk, like a reputable company? 5/24/22 I was able to reach my local agent Karen Birmingham-Ruyle. Karen was helpful and handled everything that I needed. I have never had any issues with her. She is very thorough in all that she does. The above location is listed on my insurance card as my agent. I wasn't able to reach them, so I reached out to Karen instead. So for that I give her 5 stars."
