Hot Shot Final Mile

"1 star reviews going back years.. and yet companies still use Hot Shot for deliveries?? Must have dirt cheap rates. And we as the end users get to deal with this terrible delivery business. After being rescheduled 2 times already, we're now rescheduling again because "we went to load your item on the truck this morning and it didn't fit." Do they ever call to let you know that you don't have to sit at your house for multiple hours waiting on your package? Nope. You get to be the one to call them afterwards with the same answer of "You're on my list to call!" Going on several weeks now.. Wonder if we'll ever get our package.."

"WORST DELIVERY COMPANY EVER! Quoted a 9-2 delivery and never showed after I took off work to receive the product. I had to call them and they told me they moved me to their 2-5pm window. I wasn't happy but I said ok. 6:30pm comes around and they never showed or called. I got the number to the driver and called him. He told me they still have 3 more deliveries in a city 45 minutes from me and they wouldn't be at my home until 9:30pm to deliver a 1000 pound delivery for me. WHAT??? Is this a joke? NO THANK YOU. Returning product and will never buy anything that has this company deliver it."

"My experience has been horrible. Dispatch and Driver do whatever they want and are not held accountable of missing deliveries. I will be reporting them to the original company I order my product from. I’ve never met people so unprofessional that don’t care about anything other than themselves."

I have used this company multiple times and have had exceptional results and service. If someone had only used this company once and decided to leave a bad review that’s fine but coming from someone who’s relied heavily on their services, I would highly recommend:)"

"I ordered a Pit Boss grill/smoker on Amazon to try to surprise my husband when it was delivered for his birthday. It was delivered today by a third party delivery service called Hot Shot Final Mile that delivered on behalf of NSD. The package was all busted up. When we opened it, this brand new grill was bent and broken in SEVERAL places. The shipping company said there’s nothing they can do since their drivers already left our house. They have been rude and not taken responsibility for any of it. They just told me to contact Amazon and hung up. I tried to order this as a surprise and it has been terrible. I will just be buying a grill in person."
