"My visit with Dr. Trinh was quick and easy. Great bedside manner but best of all, he "cured" the pain in my wrists. Highly recommend."
"So the treatment was very minimal. Dr matthews walked in for five minutes and barely said anything, seemed as though he didn’t want to be there while the NP was pleasant. Turned out to be a waste of time while they told me to stretch but the real travesty is the fact that I gave them a copy of my insurance at the time of visit then later got a bill then called and gave it to them again and months later I get a call from a debt collector. I then call bsw and they’re like oh the office never gave us your insurance so seven months later it finally gets processed correctly. It literally makes no sense. Id never go back. Service trash just nothing pleasing about the visit. Meanwhile he charges over 300 bucks for a visit. Go somewhere else, trust me!"
"My spouse experienced the drive-thru service provided by this office. They’ll curtly take your appointment order over the phone and if you have any questions she becomes short with you and annoyed. Front desk staff was lacking in professionalism. When you arrive you will be whisked quickly to the first room where an employee will quickly and curtly take your x-Ray. Apparently speed is the name of the game because after your x-Ray, Dr.Trinh will examine your injury and If you have any questions you will have to jog down the hall after him and any and all follow up questions will begin with an answer from him and his staff with what they cannot do. Avoid this office if you’re looking for an empathetic, helpful, knowledgeable physician and staff. They do exist even if you have to travel a bit to get it."
"Dr. Barnes was outstanding with our high school athlete’s fractured wrist and ligament damage. He recommended healing & monitoring without surgery. His communication was clear and we followed his advice, going back for checkups until the wrist was completely healed. We’re very happy with the results and confident in the wrist as he returns to the court."
"JD is a great trainer. He needs to be at our school full time. He has helped in off hours, weekends, and over holiday breaks. We are glad to have him. Also, he needs some kind of raise so he can get a newer vehicle and quit driving that 95 or whatever year Chevy."
