"I am only giving 1 star because it is the lowest possible rating. This is the Worst school I've ever dealt with. My son was physically assaulted twice here, once punched in the eye by another boy and once had his head slammed into a rock on the school playground by the same boy. This same child threatened to kill my son on another occasion. Each time I brought it to the schools attention. I could not get the Principal to talk to me or set up a meeting with me nor a return phone call. Not even a response to my emails. When I "Finally" was able to get a return phone call from the Vice Principal, Miss Williams she said it was Not bullying and told me simply, Boys will be boys, Mrs Johnson. The superintendent did nothing about the whole situation either, after several emails and phone calls about it I was completely ignored by him as well. That is until they sent me to truancy court because my son was scared to go to school. I even went to Waxahachie police department to make a report and was told they would not prosecute a child of 7 years old. They wouldn't even take my statement! This school did nothing to protect my child from being physically/psychologically hurt by another student. I have documentation from medical doctors and now a psychiatrist as well that he was bullied and has suffered damages because of it. They completely let my son down. This whole school system should be investigated as far as I'm concerned."
