"I was having a bad lower back pain earlier last week and made an appointment with Dr. John Lynn at th Frisco location using their online appointment system for the first available spot. The appointment was week away for monday morning. The appointment was confirmed online. By late friday, Frisco office left a voice mail on my cell saying that their online scheduling does not coincide with the actual schedule for the providers. What is the purpose of having an online appointment system then? Is this like a prank that this office plays on the people with the pain? Why do you wait until late friday late afternoon to inform me? All this time, I am thinking that I have an appointment."
"It is the worst medical office that I have been. Cero communication, if you are going to call The office you have to wait more than 30 min in the phone to get somebody to talk. You never get an answer about your case or the following update. They never care about your pain, and they are not open to help you . Every time you ask for what happen, you don’t receive answer and you only they said I have to talk but then you wait more days and call again still they don’t know, nobody knows anything. Keep away from this office."
"Worse experience EVER at any medical facility from the office staff to the office manager to the physician. STAY AWAY from here if you want your medical care to go smooth. I hate to say it but the initial response make me feel -"imagine if I let them operate on me".. Portal doesn't appear to work - Dr. or staff don't read or respond, office staff gave me a different persons CD of imaging, the doctor, well he blamed it on his staff, forgot to call in my steroid pack and imaging order took 10 days and many phone calls to get it to Envision. CRAZY thing - not ONE "I am so sorry" from anyone! Spine Care of North Texas is AMAZING - go there (Dr and staff are awesome)."
