"Poor attitudes. Poor customer service. Zero effort from the tall young guy with glasses and even less from the older red-headed woman. Do not recommend. Will not be returning."

"Just left there. The man wouldn’t even consider taking my packages because one would not fit on his shelf. He said it would have to be out on the floor (can you imagine boxes just sitting on the floor!? Chaos, right) It’s not that big….great use of my lunch break."

"I went on a Sunday when UPS stores are closed and it wasn’t difficult at all. Go in and drop off package return with the cashier. Make sure to have your label printed. They do not print labels there."

"Bad customer service! They wanted for me to leave the package without being scanned, risking being misplaced or stolen. The girls rather be on the back than helping customers. This is not the first time it happens."
